| The conference venue for the Ninth International Kawasaki Disease Symposium is the Grand Hotel, Taipei. With your comfort and convenience in mind, special accommodation rates have been negotiated with three congress hotels, and will be valid before the deadline of early registration. Prices are quoted per room per night for any types of room and all reservations must include a deposit equivalent to one night’s accommodation in order to secure the hotel booking. |

| Participants may cancel the hotel reservation by notifying the hotel 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. In the event that cancellation is not notified to the hotel as set forth herein, the hotel will charge the equivalent of charges for one night’s accommodation from their credit card or prepaid deposit. |
